Born in Windsor and raised in Orillia, Stewart completed his undergraduate studies at Queen’s University in Kingston, and then earned a graduate degree at the University of Ottawa. He has lived in different parts of our beautiful province, and today calls Toronto his home. Passionate about politics and public affairs, Stewart has over two decades built a successful government relations business.

Stewart has volunteered as an elected EDA Director, campaign chair, fundraiser and member of the National Constitution Committee. He served as a National Councillor from 2022 - 2026, representing the interests of Ontario members on the Conservative Party’s highest governing body. In the 2025 federal election, Stewart was campaign manager for CPC candidate Muhammad Ishaq’s campaign in Mississauga Centre.

In addition to his two terms on National Council, Stewart brings corporate governance experience serving on the Board of Directors for the Albany Club and as a member of the Board of Governors for his alma mater, the University of Ottawa. He was also a member of the Justices of the Peace Appointments Advisory Committee, the body responsible for advising on appointments for judicial officers that preside over certain provincial offences and other judicial matters.
